The subject of the study was the reconstruction of a house in the neighborhood of Srebrna Mountain in Bielany. The existing building left a lot to be desired in terms of structural elements as well as the overall technical condition.
Our task was to design the facade, winter garden, illumination, fencing, coordinating the cross-industry cooperation, as well as preparing formal and legal documentation. The existing solid of the building was quite a challenge, but thanks to the arrangement of window openings on the facades, the introduction of wooden and steel elements, simplifying the form of the roof, adding a winter garden and roofing – it was possible to create a unique, friendly body of the house for a small family. In the project, we focused on every detail, starting from hiding the drainage, ending with the detail of the gate in the fence with an integrated intercom or lighting.
