The design of the lagoon area assumes the creation of a sandy city beach and bathing area on the northern side of the lake, along with a promenade at which small service facilities in modular pavilions, a bathing beach service building, a playground, a covered multifunctional carport and a parking lot have been designed.
The lake is cut with a pier immersed in part under the water surface. It has a glass ceiling and ends with a viewing platform above the water surface.
The design of the spa park area envisages the creation of a "Solecki experience park" based on arousing the curiosity of visitors by stimulating the five senses with stimuli that arouse curiosity, fascination and solace at the same time. The project involves the restoration of water reservoirs in areas drained by aggressive melioration.
The design of the area behind the school assumes the creation of an urban interior by planting high greenery near the plot border and creating connections of the area with the school area. Inside, there is an outdoor gym integrated with the orchard. Because fruit and gymnastics are all the health.
The design of the downtown area assumes the creation of a municipal saloon on the pedestrian zone excluded from the car movement in the part of the Pierwszego Maja Street. The promenade axis is adjusted so that its closure is on the spa building. On the opposite side, the axis ends with an accent at the height of the commune office. The eastern frontage of the promenade is enriched with tall greenery to create a park-like interior. In addition, a strip of mobile pavilions with commercial, recreational, educational, exhibition and integration functions is created on it, with high mobility and the ability to adapt individual modules to the temporary needs of residents. The promenade has a fountain built into the floor surface with vertical streams gushing up to a height of 3m above ground level.
