Because of the conservatory protection of the area and questionable aesthetic values of the vertical car platforms we thought it is necessary to provide shelter in the form of openwork walls whose only function is aesthetics.
According to Art. 3, par. 2 of the Building Law Act, a building is “an object which is permanently connected with the ground, separated from the space by walls, has foundations and a roof”.
The proposed openwork structures do not have a roof and therefore the structure cannot be considered as a building within the meaning of the technical and construction regulations.
